Scale360

Approach

Growth is a systems problem, not a motivation problem.

Nobody books a discovery call because they need to be told to work harder. They call because the business has hit a ceiling the current way of running it cannot break through. Our job is to find that ceiling, build the structure that lifts it, and make the result stick. Here is how we think about that work.

What we believe

Three things we hold to be true.

  • 01

Most businesses don’t need more advice. They need the advice built.

The plan is rarely the problem. The gap between the plan and the work getting done is. We close that gap by doing the building ourselves, not handing you a document and an invoice.

  • 02

The constraint is rarely where you think it is.

Owners usually point at marketing. The real limit is often pricing, capacity, or a process that only lives in your head. We diagnose before we prescribe, because fixing the wrong thing is just expensive motion.

  • 03

AI is leverage, not magic. It compounds good systems and exposes bad ones.

Automating a broken process makes the mess faster. We build the system first, then automate it, so the technology multiplies something that already works.

How the work flows

Strategy, systems, leverage. In that order.

Skip a stage and the next one breaks. Automate before the system exists and you scale the chaos. The order is the method.

  1. Strategy

    Decide where the constraint is

Work from your numbers to name the one thing limiting growth, and the plan to clear it.

  2. Systems

    Build the machine that executes

Turn the plan into repeatable processes and tools that run without the owner in every job.

  3. Leverage

    Automate and compound

Layer AI and automation onto working systems so capacity grows without another hire.

The operator behind the firm

Built on operating scars, not lecture notes.

Scale360 was founded by Mark Galea, who spent thirteen years building a real operating business: Brisk Catering, scaled to more than 170 staff at peak, serving ASX200 clients, and eventually exited. Before that, a career in IT, domain hosting, SEO, and paid search.

That order matters. The advice comes from someone who has had to make payroll, fix a broken roster at 6am with a crew waiting, and price a job that had to actually turn a profit. The build and automation capability comes from a genuine technical background, not a reseller badge.

Every framework we use, we have had to live with. Every system we build, we have had to run. That is the difference between a firm that advises on business and one that has operated one.

No pitch. A diagnosis.

Bring us the ceiling you’ve hit. We’ll tell you what’s holding it there.

Thirty minutes on a call. You’ll leave with a clear read on the real constraint, whether or not the next step is working with us.
