Who is this for?

What if I don't continue into coaching?
Then you paid $490 for a numbers review, a site teardown, and a prioritised plan you can execute yourself — and we part as mates. No lock-in, no pressure. If you do continue, the full $490 is credited against your first month.
What do I need to prepare?
Ideally your last P&L and a rough idea of your average job size. If your books are a mess, come anyway — messy books are usually finding number one, and we can work from bank statements and invoices.
How does payment work?
Book the session first. We'll confirm the time and send a single $490 invoice — payable before the session, with a receipt for your records. No subscriptions, no card stored, nothing else charged.
Is it really only 90 minutes?
The session is 90 minutes. The written plan arrives within two business days after it. Most owners tell us the first 30 minutes paid for the session on its own.
